We have a great opportunity for a Family Enrollment & Support Manager to join our growing company!
 
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Family Enrollment & Support Manager to lead and manage a team responsible for enrollment growth, family engagement, retention, marketing outreach, CRM adoption, and operational collaboration within our early education program. This role ensures effective execution of outreach and retention strategies, drives continuous improvement through data and feedback, and reports on team performance to senior leadership. 
 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree considered with relevant experience 
  • Some travel may be required based on business needs
  • 4+ years of experience in enrollment, family engagement, retention, or customer success roles, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or management capacity (preferably in early childhood education or childcare settings) 
  • Strong proficiency with digital tools, CCM Systems, CRM platforms, and marketing outreach systems 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills 
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and drive actionable insights 
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) a strong plus

Responsibilities

 
Team Leadership & Performance Management 
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Family Enrollment & Support Specialists, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and professional growth 
- Oversee daily operations of enrollment, retention, marketing outreach, CRM use, and family support efforts 
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership 
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies to optimize outreach and conversion 
- Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and cross-department collaboration to maintain alignment on goals and strategies 
Strategic Execution & Coordination 
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of enrollment growth and retention strategies across assigned markets 
- Collaborate with marketing, retention, CRM, and operations teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and family engagement initiatives 
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM and other systems to support family registration, waitlist management, and onboarding 
- Develop and oversee feedback mechanisms with families and schools to improve processes and services 
Enrollment Growth & Retention Oversight 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze enrollment, retention, and family satisfaction data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement 
- Guide the team in targeted outreach efforts including promotion of seasonal offers and personalized support for at-risk families 
- Create and support family onboarding and orientation processes to maximize positive family experiences and early retention 
- Coordinate hyper-care retention efforts, including feedback loops and family communications, to reduce withdrawals 
School & Operational Partnership 
- Partner with school leadership to support waitlist management, tour coordination, and family engagement 
- Promote CRM adoption and best practices among school staff to streamline family communications and registrations 
- Drive collaboration across departments to ensure consistent messaging, quality tour experiences, and effective seasonal campaign execution
