We have a great opportunity for a Senior Quality Enhancement Specialist to join our growing company!
 
The Senior Quality Enhancement Specialist performs a variety of duties with the ultimate goal of providing the children, families, teachers, and administrators in our schools with care, support, training, and education all within a safe environment.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of effective room arrangement in a variety of settings.
  • Exceptional knowledge & coaching ability of Innovations curriculum for Infants, High Reach
  • Learning curriculum for all ages, and Young Achiever’s Club curriculum for school age children
  • Exceptional knowledge & coaching ability of the Environment Rating Scales, appropriate interactions & quality practice to share with School field staff
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion while working within a budget
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set goals for self & team & manage those goals.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to situational needs
  • Ability to communicate clearly while working closely with District Managers and Regio
  • Directors to plan and execute the quality-rated initiatives in their area.
  • Requirement of 75% travel based on roles & responsibilities, including overnight stays

Responsibilities

- Manage results for assigned programs related to QRIS and/or accreditation as applicable, with a priority focus on schools with a risk or high-stake status.
- Manage KPIs and overall QR processes, systems & results of Quality Rated Specialists on the team while working closely with Region and District level operators
- Support the training and development of Quality Rated Specialists on the team
- Assist with coordinating application processes related to QRIS and national accreditation.
- Plan and implement process/preparation for QRIS and/or accreditation evaluation including but not limited to cleaning/creating safe and healthy environment, room arrangement, material selection; observing, training, and coaching teachers of children 0-12.
- Share information with operators, administrators and teachers-coaching them on appropriate interactions and quality practices related to our developmentally appropriate curriculum, safe and healthy environments for children, and nurturing and responsive interactions with children.
- Implement short and long-range professional and program goals and objectives for self and Quality Rated Specialists
- Support company New Growth initiatives by leading integration activities related to classroom arrangements and materials for potential new schools
- Recommend new policies, procedures, and professional development to attain/maintain high QR/accreditation results for self and Quality Rated Specialists
- Responds to requests from corporate staff and company leadership in a timely manner.
