- Minimum years of experience: 3 to 5 years with knowledge of NC Pre-K and formal education in ECE (Early Childhood Education) preferred
- Educational Requirements: Minimum 2 year/associate's degree
- Knowledge of NC Pre-K Program Guidelines
- Knowledge of CN/CDS Company procedures and polices
- Working knowledge of NC Pre-K Rules and Regulations
- Knowledge of Early Childhood best practices as it relates to daily care
- Knowledge of early childhood education curriculum, instruction methodology, and standards required
- Effective written and oral communication skills and working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS, and PowerPoint
- Ability to facilitate trainings to various audience
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with district managers, school administrators, teaching staff and external business partners
- Technical knowledge of the following systems: ProCare, Line Leader, EESU (Early Educator’s Support Unit), NCDPI (North Carolina Department of Public Instruction), Workforce, DCDEE (Department of Child Development and Early Education)
