- Exceptional knowledge of Innovations curriculum for Infants, High Reach Learning curriculum for all ages, and Young Achiever’s Club curriculum for school age children and be able to coach teachers on how to implement the curriculum activities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of effective room arrangement in a variety of setting and age appropriate practices for children ages infant-12 years old
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Quality rated assessment tools and practices for the assigned area
- Extensive knowledge of CDS standards and expectations related to overall quality and safety programs, daily classroom management practices, and improvement strategies.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to assist teachers and directors with daily quality standards and needs in their classrooms and schools.
- Communicate clearly and honestly and work closely with all levels of CDS Operation and Quality teams
- Consistent ability to plan and execute the quality initiatives in their area to include a variety of duties at multiple schools at the same time.
- Ability to manage projects to completion while working within a budget & be financially responsible and transparent with company funds.
- Demonstrates flexibility and organizational skills with the ability to complete required reports & responsibilities thoroughly and on time.
- Requirement of 75% travel based on roles and responsibilities which may involve overnight stays
